Dragons are People Too is a teen-young adult action adventure series set in the world where WereDragons are part of a secret spy network that works for the government. Katherine "Kitty" Lung is a promising spy whose parentage is quite prestigious when it comes to espionage. But everything comes to an abrupt halt when her race, the Were Dragons, have been outed and now being contained by the CIA. Its up to her and her best friend Sani to save their people, rescue the President's son and find out who the bad guys really were. It doesn't really help that she's been in love with Sani for years now and has a hard time hiding it anymore while dodging bullets and trying to escape from being capture. What's a young teen to do, why save the world what else. So Dragons Are People Too was a fun, highly entertaining and definitely one action packed story. Kitty was a delight all filled with the hubris of youth while still being unsure of what the real world is all about. Warning, the book ends in a sort of cliffhanger but as an introduction to the paranormal world of were Dragons it will definitely make you want to read more.
Never judge a dragon
by her human cover...
Sixteen-year-old Kitty Lung has everyone convinced she’s a normal teen—not a secret government operative, not the one charged with protecting the president’s son, and certainly not a were-dragon. The only one she trusts with the truth is her best friend—and secret crush—the über-hot Bulisani Mathe.
Then a junior operative breaks Rule Number One by changing into his dragon form in public—on Kitty’s watch—and suddenly, the world knows. About dragons. About the Draconic Intelligence Command (DIC) Kitty works for. About Kitty herself.
Now the government is hunting down and incarcerating dragons to stop a public panic, and a new shape-shifting enemy has kidnapped the president’s son. Kitty and Bulisani are the last free dragons, wanted by both their allies and their enemies. If they can’t rescue the president’s son and liberate their fellow dragons before getting caught themselves, dragons might never live free again.
