 Fool Me Once is the second book in the Foolproof Love series and those who've read the first book will be absolutely thrilled since its the snarky Aubry and the ever charming Quinn's turn in this very erotic and quirky funny romance.  
Aubry is as prickly as a cactus and her barbs definitely hit the mark.  She's a whiz on the computer and is at the top 10 of video game players for Deathcon.  Of which she has a spot to play the alpha demo, of which she has to fly a plane to get to the convention, defy the mob of other Deathcon loving players and get back to Devil's Falls and hide in her little cocoon with the cats.  Because snarky and tough Aubry is deathly afraid of crowds.  She breaks into panic attacks that freeze her and make her a target to the inevitable zombie attacks.  Basically she's paranoid as any one can get.  But she definitely wants to go, but she definitely can't handle crowds!  Enter annoying but gorgeous Quinn. His size alone is like the great wall of China that can part the mob.  He is not afraid of anything even Aubry.  In fact he likes to get her all riled up just to see her take a swipe at him.  But he is deathly tired of his uber rich interfering parents hence his decision to live the simple life of a cowboy in Devil's Falls.  But his adorable sister is getting married and he has to attend the wedding.  But then his parents and their not so adorable social circle would be there.  He needs a buffer.  He needs Aubry, the rapier tongued, antisocial tatooed bad ass Deathcon player.  They need each other.  Its a road trip of either silence or snark.  Or unexpectedly a road trip of sexy nights in each others arms.  While battling zombies and bitch parents.  Who wouldn't fall in love?
Fool Me Once is crazy funny, quirky, witty and all out sexfest.  Quinn and Aubry have charmed readers from the first book and to actually get a story about them is enough to defy the zombie apocalypse.  Its fun, engaging and entertaining.  Not to mention you need constant ice water doused on you.  Its one book you cannot put down, even until the last page.  More Quinn and Aubry please!

Switched by Cassie Mae was a funny and often frustrating read but highly entertaining. Kayla, Wesley, Reagan and Talon were all friends. Reagan and Talon were a couple while Kayla and Wesley, well they've been pining for these two since high school. Told from Kayla's point of view, she, dragging Wesley along hatches a plan to break the happy couple apart. Because as everyone can see Talon is her soulmate while Wesley is Reagan's. Thus starts the funs and the laughs and the musical chairs between the four. Kayla as a character was frustrating initially for me, I have no idea whether its because she was being an evil bestfriend to Reagan or she really was in love with Talon. I could not really hate nor empathize with her at the start. As the story progressed and the romance part began, her sudden self awareness becomes believable.
